Aberdare Park Entry Takes Shape

Clashing with the IRRC Chimay, Oliver’s Mount Barry Sheene Classic meetings, the latest Aberdare Park Road Races edition (22nd-23rd July), gets underway in just over three-weeks’ time.

Event organisers have enticed entries from competitors carrying strong bouts of real road racing experience.

Notable entrants to date include:

Debutant to Wales sole closed roads event, new TH (Trevor Harbinson) Racing with GFR signing Amalric Blanc, reigning Welsh Open Champion Ryan Dixon, William Holland.

Top fifteen Super Twins TT finisher Gareth Arnold, Welsh Open runner-up in 2022, Doncaster’s Mark Goodings.

TT 2023 participant Craig Szczypek, Wayne ‘Ciderman’ Axon, Jamie Kelman, Andrew Hoare, Cookstown 100 podium finisher Shaun Wynne.

Welsh road racing royalty Paul ‘Potchy’ Williams, newly Paton mounted Michael Rees, Supermono wizard Jay Bellers Smith and yesteryear, 400cc machinery specialist Alex Sinclair.
