Earlier this month, the sixth event instalment saw overall victory go to Colorado Spring’s based Tyler Portillo.
Portillo, the top quad machinery exponent, time of 16 minutes 03 seconds set during the opening heat race, was nine seconds speedier than the time set by last year’s Champion, Heavyweight class leader, San Diego’s John Magnusson (16 minutes 12 seconds).
Third quickest, top in terms of Superstock 1000 pilots was Chris Herring (16 minutes 23 seconds).
Second, third best on production 1000 tackle were Baja International Tourist Cup front-runners Eric Lindauer and Wade Boyd.
Fastest sports car exponent was Ray Guerrero with his rapid Porsche, followed by Mazda powered Kyle Childers.
Middleweight, Supersport, Lightweight, Ultra Lightweight motorcycle successes were respectively obtained by Randall Bander, John Raymond Mireles, Pulak Datt and Matt Young.
