David Jefferies trophy b race 1 saw Neil Kernohan competing on Logan racing R6 Yamaha surge his way to an excellent race win. Rodger Wibberley battled his way through to second place finish as Don Gilbert impressed many on his way to securing third position.

Super twins race 1 victory went the way of Ivan Lintin. Ivan competing on Tigcraft Kawasaki was dominant throughout as Jamie Hamilton on VRS racing ER6 Kawasaki was a fine second whilst James Cowton’s super season continues with third place finish.

TT 2014 sidecar championship winner Conrad Harrison’s amazing year of racing continues with double sidecar race wins today. Conrad/Lee Patterson competing on Printing roller services backed outfit was involved in two races which saw great battles throughout with 2013 sidecar TT race 1 winner Tim Reeves, Tim on his return to the mount partnered by Gregory Cluze in SMT racing backed outfit secured back to back second place finishes.

Senior b race provided Ryan Farquhar with yet another victory around Oliver’s Mount. 1100 Suzuki mounted Ryan gradually worked his way to the front as Chris Cook who enjoyed a productive Manx Grand Prix debut recorded second place finish whilst Matthew Rees rounded out top three finishers.

Opening lightweight race win went the way of Paul Owen. Paul RS250 Honda mounted produced a great all round performance to achieve a highly popular victory. Alistair Haworth was leading 400 mounted rider finishing a fine second as Phil Harvey was happy with top three finish.

Jamie Hamilton’s excellent first day of racing at 2014 Scarborough gold cup was rounded off with opening classic superbike race victory. Jamie on Mistral racing ZXR 750 Kawasaki was a dominant victor by over a huge margin of 30 seconds over second place finisher Ryan Farquhar. Completing the top three was David Bell in a race which showed Jamie Hamilton impress hugely, a very busy day of racing is in prospect tomorrow at Oliver’s Mount with nine races in total including the prestigious Steve Henshaw international gold cup race.
